Do you accept health insurance?
- I am in the final stages of accepting a couple of insurances (so far it's Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield & United HealthCare). I will always issue a receipt that can be used for reimbursement. I also accept HSA/FSA (make sure your benefits cover massage before planning to use it).
Do you accept spa-finder gift cards?
- Yes, I do! Treat yourself or a loved one easily. Must call ahead in order to book with a spa-finder gift card. Cannot be used when booking online through MassageBook.
What are your rates, and do you offer packages or discounts?
- 30 minute express* - $56
- 60 minutes - $112
- 90 minutes - $168
- (Hot Stone) 75 minutes - $150

*30 Minute Express Massage: A short, focused massage designed to target specific areas of tension and stress. This is a great option for those with busy schedules or those who are new to massage therapy. Your massage therapist will use a combination of techniques to target your problem areas. This may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, or trigger point therapy. The goal is to relieve tension and promote relaxation in a short amount of time.
What should I expect from my first visit?
- For your first visit I’ll take the time to review your intake form in detail, which will be sent to you before your appointment. It’s important that this form is completed and signed ahead of time so I can tailor the session to your specific needs. During our conversation, we’ll discuss any risks or concerns you’ve noted, and I’ll answer any questions you have. From there, I’ll create a treatment plan that ensures your comfort and safety while addressing your goals. My focus is on making your first visit as smooth, relaxing, and effective as possible!
when should i arrive for my appointment?
- Please plan on arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Is Maternity massage safe?
- Absolutely! Prenatal massage is very safe when performed by a trained and experienced professional like me. I take special care to tailor each session to the needs of expectant mothers. I focus on areas of tension while making sure both you and your baby are comfortable and supported. Massage during pregnancy can help reduce stress, relieve aches in the back, hips, and legs, and even improve sleep. My goal is to provide a nurturing and safe experience that helps you feel your best throughout this special journey.
What are your massage policies and procedures?
- cancellation/no show:
To ensure that all my clients are treated fairly, a 24 hour advance notice is required when changing/rescheduling/canceling an appointment. This applies to all appointment types. This allows me the opportunity to schedule someone else for that time slot. If you are unable to provide 24 hour advance notice, you WILL be responsible for the amount equal to your missed appointment, as this can be an inconvenience to me and also means my other clients miss the chance to receive services they needed. Cancellation or no show fees are due at the time of the missed appointment, NOT at your next appointment. Any exceptions to cancellations will be at my discretion. To change or cancel an existing appointment, please contact me by phone (503-660-8429). - late arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened. Regardless of the length of the treatment scheduled, you will still be responsible for the FULL session you booked. Out of respect and consideration for me, as your therapist, please plan accordingly and be on time. - GIFT CERTIFICATES/SPAFINDER GIFT CARDS:
If you book a session and plan on using a gift certificate but do not show up for your session or do not cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your gift certificate will be considered redeemed. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. If you book a session and plan on using a SpaFinder Gift Card and do not show up, your credit card, that is required to be placed on file, will be charged for the amount equal to the missed appointment. - PREPAY:
I will no longer be invoicing or accepting Venmo or Apple Pay as a form of prepayment. Online booking is available via my website and payment can be made there. If you book online & it’s prepaid for, but do not show up OR cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will be considered forfeited & no refund will be given. - INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY:
I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat me, your therapist, with respect and dignity, and you will be treated the same in return. - booking by call or text:
If booking an appointment via phone/text, I require a credit card to hold your appointment at the time of booking.
